- What type of theme would your restaurant have?
- Where would it it be located?
- What would the ambiance of your restaurant feel like?
- What would you name it and what would your colour scheme be?
After considering the questions above, design a logo or theme for your restaurant. Next, design and create a menu using a template available from Publisher. You will come up with all of the food and drink items for your menu. You will provide a description and price for each item on the menu. Your menu must include categories found on a typical menu: appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, desserts, beverages (non-alcoholic!)
Requirements:
- Restaurant name
- Theme (Mexican, Gourmet, Vegetarian, Coffee Shop, Steakhouse - be creative!)
- Five menu categories which include a minimum of five items in each category
- Each item must have a detailed description and a price
- Final Presentation - clean, attractive, ready to use
